When inspiration meets confidence a world of creative realm unfolds.
DeeAnn DiMeo and Ava Savarino sing together one more time, both inspired & confident, these Ladies Sing the Blues.
A self-described “mother and human being first” DeeAnn is a timeless voice, but for those who have felt pain, and who still stand shining light, against all odds. With a voice that is big, rich and gorgeous, a mind that is intelligent, and a heart that transforms suffering into beauty, DeeAnn sings for our enlightenment, for our souls.
Ava Savarino love of jazz started when at just 7 years old she heard Blossom Dearie’s rendition of “Let Me Love You”. Today, her repertoire, style, delivery, and maturity belies that she is still a high school student. She studies with jazz luminary Nancy Kelley, listens to a wide range of jazz, and expands her horizon to include blues influences as well. Ava has been invited to sit in with some of Buffalo and Rochester’s elite musicians, but this will be her first featured performance.
